My Home My Story Launches!

The 14th of December saw the long awaited conclusion of the phenomenally successful My Home My Story project in Dewsbury.

Spearheaded by Matt Blakely-Spicer of Westborough High School and Beth Goddard of More Productions, My Home My Story is the culmative effort of thirty six Yr 7 pupils at three local secondary schools.

My Home My Story began as a literacy project and soon evolved into an opportunity for the young people involved in the project to voice their hopes, dreams and aspirations not only for their own futures but that of their hometown.
